- Regulations apply to all persons staying at the Hotel Zorza.
- The fee for the stay is collected from the guest on arrival (in advance) – at the latest one hour from arrival.
- The basis for checking in is the presentation of an ID card or passport and signing of a registration card.
- Check-in time is from 12:00 to 11:00 li>
- Persons not registered in the facility may stay on its premises from 10:00 to 22:00
- It is forbidden to rent a room to persons not registered in the hotel.
- Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 7:00. The hotel may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violated this rule.
- The service may refuse to extend the guest’s stay in the hotel in the absence of free rooms or in the event of failure to comply with these regulations.
- The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In the event of reservations regarding the quality of services rendered, they should be immediately reported to reception, which will allow a prompt response.
- The hotel guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of items of equipment and technical devices of the hotel arising from his fault or the fault of people visiting him.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire property. In case of violation of this rule, guests will be charged a cost of refreshing the room: PLN 200.
- Pets are not allowed in hotel rooms. Breaking this point will result in a PLN 150 penalty for each day the animal is in the room.
- Fire detectors are installed in every room and corridors. If a fire alarm is triggered, the Guest will be charged PLN 500.
- Parking in front of the hotel is a city car park, for which parking fees are charged. Payments should be made in the parking meter. The hotel is not responsible for fines resulting from unpaid parking.
- The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest.
- For reasons of fire safety, it is forbidden to use heaters, irons and other similar electrical devices in the rooms that are not part of the room equipment.
- Rooms are cleaned every day between 9:00 and 13:00. If you do not want cleaning – please post a “do not disturb” page
- The hotel may refuse to accept a guest who during the previous stay grossly violated the hotel regulations by causing damage to the property of the hotel or other guests, or damage to another guest, hotel employee or other person staying in the hotel, or otherwise disturbed
- Renting a room means acceptance of the above regulations.
